Day 01: Reporting on your own as per your convenience to our hotel as per your pre booked schedule. This night the accommodation is reserved for you with buffet dinner facilities. You will also get your reporting time today for tomorrow flying to Kedarnath Ji.
Day 02: Report at Helipad as per given timing reconfirmed from helipad. This day you will visit to Kedarnath Ji for Same Day Or Night Halt. Same Day passenger will be staying in our hotel and we also keep rooms reserved for night halt passenger as this package included 02 nights stay here in Guptkashi or Sitapur.
Day 03: Check out from hotel before 10 AM after breakfast. Proceed with your own arrangements.

We are waiting for the right and final decision on same and will update the charges as per actual decided by government. In the mean while we are just registering your request or bookings and advances subject to realization of last moment changes. Final confirmation or amount will be charged or refunded proportional to the increases and decreases of above mentioned charges. IN case of any uncertainty of confirmation you can take your 100% refund before 31 March 2018.

Any other thing that has not been mentioned in the "Cost Inclusions”.

We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Reservations & Payments:
Reservation: A final deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation. Deposit of payment as per your selected tour is required prior to commencement of tour or as per agreed at the time of confirmation of the tour.
Prices do not include charges for laundry service, telephone and Internet usage, wines, liquors, mineral waters, travel insurance, international flight tickets, India visa fees, tips, monument tickets, movie/video camera fee at monuments, miscellaneous expenses, souvenirs or any other expenses which is not specified.
Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger’s responsibility.

Making Changes
Most programs allow travel deviations that affect destination, departure date, program extensions, and the like. Note that tour plan can be changed; provided that requests are made in writing 21 days prior to the commencement of tour. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of commencement of tour.
