Summit Aviation Private Limited (SAPL) was incorporated by a team of professionals in 1994 to cater to the increasingly complex demands of the burgeoning Aviation Industry in India.

Since then, SAPL has made steady progress in its growth having crossed many significant milestones and concurrently blossomed into a trans-national corporate identity by establishing strong and excellent relationship with the Principals and Operators.

Being supported by a dynamic and dedicated team of 24 hard-core Professionals with experience of over four decades in aircraft/helicopter operation, maintenance, marketing and administration, Summit Aviation was not satisfied with its achievement and strived for more. Summit Aviation, in a process spread its wings to bring Alouette and Lama helicopter under its cover and SAPL became a new icon in the Aviation Industry as maintenance & operations organisation in the year 1996. SAPL started a new voyage by maintaining the helicopter of the State Government of Rajasthan, and M/S Tata Tea Ltd. In 1998 the company obtained the esteemed project from the Border Security Force for the Operation and Maintenance of their Chetak helicopter at Jodhpur and a Cheetah helicopter at Srinagar (which we continue to do so till date). From March 1999 till September 2004 SAPL operated and maintained the three Chetak helicopters of the ONGC also.
