Chardham tour by Helicopter

Char Dham Yatra refers to the four pilgrimage places incorporating the 4 spiritual seats of the almighty situated in distinct corners of India — the holy reliquary of Badrinath in the North, Rameshwaram in the South, Puri in the East and Dwarka in the West. These places are renowned for their mild and cultural surroundings, drawing pilgrims from India and abroad. For those who feel the yatra is tiring, the Chardham tour by Helicopter in summer season covers all four Dhams in just a couple of days. Scheduled Itinerary

01 Night / 02 Days — subject to weather conditions.

  1. Day 01

    Dehradun → Yamunotri → Gangotri (Harsil)

    0630 hrs depart Dehradun Sahastradhara Heliport for Kharsali (approx 30 min). Trek/pony/dandi to Yamunotri Dham (6 km) for darshan, then return to Kharsali. Around 1300 hrs fly to Harsil; transfer by car/jeep (approx 25 km) to Gangotri for darshan, then back to Harsil. Overnight at Harsil retreat.

  2. Day 02

    Harsil → Kedarnath → Badrinath → Dehradun

    After an early breakfast leave Harsil at 0700 hrs for Kedarnath; arrive by 0800 hrs for special darshan. At 1000 hrs fly to Badrinath (approx 30 min) for darshan and lunch at Sarovar Portico. Transfer to helipad and fly back to Dehradun.

Note: We may stay in Kharsali for the first overnight due to weather or operational clearance. In case of an extra night stay due to weather or technical problems, stay and food expenses are borne by passengers; we bear crew and craft costs and wait one additional night to complete the yatra. The yatra may be cancelled in such situations. Timings and point-to-point flying are subject to weather and availability.

General Terms & Conditions

We, as a Chardham helicopter services provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Flight & Baggage

  1. Maximum 04 passengers will be allowed in 01 helicopter.
  2. Total passenger weight not to exceed 320 Kgs.
  3. Maximum baggage allowance 5 Kgs / person.
  4. Only one small pack (max 2 Kgs) allowed in flight.
  5. Excess-volume baggage not allowed on helicopter flight.
  6. Price subject to change without prior notice — please confirm in advance.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation, prior to commencement of the tour or as agreed at confirmation. Prices exclude laundry, telephone/internet, beverages, travel insurance, flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, camera fees and any unspecified expenses. Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger's responsibility.

Making Changes

Most programs allow travel deviations affecting destination, departure date and program extensions, provided requests are made in writing 21 days prior to commencement of the tour. No deviations can be made or processed within 21 days of commencement.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 30+ days — 10% of total tour cost
  • Before 29–22 days — 25% of total tour cost
  • Before 21–16 days — 60% of total tour cost
  • Before 15–0 days — 100% of total tour cost
