What to send so we can quote quickly
- Yatra packages (Chardham, Do Dham, Hemkund Sahib, Amarnath, Kailash): the package or route, your travel date with a spare day if you can, the number of passengers with approximate weights, and whether any passenger is an infant or an elder who needs help.
- Private charters: where you fly from and to, the date and time window, the number of passengers and baggage, and whether it is one way or a return. See private helicopter charter.
- Weddings, filming, election duty and aerial work: the location with a map pin, the dates and what the helicopter has to do on the day.
- Air ambulance: call +91-9634801801 rather than writing, with the patient's location, the destination hospital and the doctor's advice on fitness to fly. See air ambulance in India.
What happens after you write
The team checks availability with permit-holding operators and replies with what can be flown and a written quote. Nothing is booked, and nothing is paid, until you have the price in writing and have accepted it. Pay only through the booking platform or into the company's account, never into a personal UPI ID or bank account.
Kedarnath tickets
We do not sell helicopter tickets. Please do not contact us for tickets. For a helicopter yatra, the Chardham Yatra by helicopter covers all four dhams from Dehradun, and the Kedarnath package from Dehradun is arranged as a charter.
