Kedarnath Ji is one of the most revered shrines of Lord Shiva, set amid the snow-capped Himalayas of Uttarakhand. This 2 Nights / 3 Days helicopter package includes 02 nights stay with meals at Guptkashi or Sitapur and return helicopter tickets / shuttle service to Kedarnath Ji with a priority puja pass — making an otherwise long and tiring journey simple and time-saving. Scheduled Itinerary

02 Nights / 03 Days — subject to weather conditions. Ex Phata / Sersi / Guptkashi.

  1. Day 01

    Arrival & Reporting

    Reporting on your own as per your convenience to our hotel as per your pre-booked schedule. This night the accommodation is reserved for you with buffet dinner facilities. You will also receive your reporting time today for tomorrow's flight to Kedarnath Ji.

  2. Day 02

    Kedarnath Ji Darshan

    Report at the helipad as per the timing reconfirmed from the helipad. This day you visit Kedarnath Ji (same day or night halt). Same-day passengers stay in our hotel; rooms are also reserved for night-halt passengers as this package includes 02 nights stay in Guptkashi or Sitapur.

  3. Day 03

    Departure

    Check out from hotel before 10 AM after breakfast. Proceed with your own arrangements.

Note: All reporting timings from point-to-point flying are confirmed by our team. Given reporting times may change as per availability and operational restraints under any unforeseen reasons or weather conditions. We cannot guarantee flying on date or on time as it is entirely a matter of third-party (aviation) services; we can only assure 100% refund in case of cancellation under any unforeseen reason.

General Terms & Conditions

We, as a service provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Helicopter Service (Phata/Sersi–Kedar–Phata/Sersi)

  1. For same-day return you get 1½ hr at Sh Kedarnath Ji; devotees must purchase the priority darshan slip @ ₹1100/- per person or as actual decided by the temple management committee (not required for night-halt devotees).
  2. Same-day passengers must reach Phata helipad from 6 AM or as informed by the Phata helipad office.
  3. Night-halt reporting timing is 10 AM to 12 noon; reporting and flight time to be confirmed from Phata office.
  4. Each passenger may carry baggage not more than 2 Kgs in flight; excess-volume baggage is not allowed.
  5. Full charges for child above 2 years; no charge for children below 2 years.
  6. Passenger over-weight charges levied beyond 85 Kgs, decided at Phata office.
  7. Group members might travel in separate flights even if part of a group, subject to weight, availability or weather.
  8. In case of cancellation due to weather, technical snag or any unforeseen circumstance, the company will refund the full amount through proper channel (bank transfer).

Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation, prior to commencement of the tour or as agreed at confirmation. Prices exclude laundry, telephone/internet, beverages, travel insurance, flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, camera fees and any unspecified expenses.

Making Changes

Tour plans can be changed provided requests are made in writing 21 days prior to commencement of the tour. No deviations can be processed within 21 days of commencement.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 30+ days — 10% of total tour cost
  • Before 29–22 days — 25% of total tour cost
  • Before 21–16 days — 60% of total tour cost
  • Before 15–0 days — 100% of total tour cost
