    Departure from Shastradhara Helipad, Dehradun

    Report at Shastradhara Helipad, Dehradun and depart for Phata base helipad.

  2. 08:00

    Arrive Phata → Fly to Kedarnath Ji

    Change of helicopter at base Helipad Phata and fly to Kedarnath Ji. You will be escorted to the Shrine for darshan.

  3. 11:00

    Leave Kedarnath Ji → Phata

    After darshan, depart Kedarnath Ji and fly back to Phata.

  4. 12:00

    Depart Phata → Dehradun

    Depart for Dehradun Shastradhara Helipad.

  5. 13:00

    Arrive Dehradun — Services End

General Terms & Conditions

We, as a Kedarnath helicopter booking service provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Flight & Baggage

  1. Maximum 04 passengers will be allowed in 01 helicopter.
  2. Total passenger weight not to exceed 300 Kgs.
  3. Maximum baggage allowance 5 Kgs / person.
  4. Passenger may carry only one small pack (max 2 Kgs) in flight.
  5. Excess-volume baggage not allowed on helicopter flight.
  6. Price subject to change without prior notice — please confirm in advance.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation, prior to commencement of the tour or as agreed at confirmation. Prices exclude laundry, telephone/internet, beverages, travel insurance, flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, camera fees and any unspecified expenses. Other fees may be imposed by airlines which are the passenger's responsibility.

Making Changes

Most programs allow travel deviations. The Kedarnath tour plan can be changed provided requests are made in writing 21 days prior to commencement of tour. No deviations can be made within 21 days of commencement.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 30+ days — 10% of total tour cost
  • Before 29–22 days — 25% of total tour cost
  • Before 21–16 days — 60% of total tour cost
  • Before 15–0 days — 100% of total tour cost
