How it works
Three ways to fly, and the one that fits you
A published seat on a published date is a different transaction from an aircraft chartered for a movement, and both are different from a mission that first has to be found feasible. The platform runs all three, and this is how each one ends in a confirmation.

Whatever the engine
Four things that are always true
- A hold is not a ticketIt takes the seats out of stock against a countdown, and hands them back automatically if the balance is not paid.
- The price is frozenFare, taxes, operator and cancellation policy are snapshotted onto the booking. A later change by the supplier cannot touch it.
- The operator fliesConfirmations name the operating aviation company. Weather, serviceability and permissions remain their call.
- An enquiry is not a bookingCharter and mission requests are confirmed only after quotation, payment and operator acceptance.
The detail sits in the Booking Terms, the Payment Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Trade accounts: agents · aviation partners.
