Which one applies to me?
A passenger booking a seat is covered by the Terms & Conditions, the Booking Terms, the Payment Policy and the cancellation policy shown on that departure. An agent adds the B2B Agent Terms; a reseller adds the Reseller Terms; an operator publishing inventory is under the Supplier Terms. Where a supplier's own terms are shown at checkout, they form part of that booking too.
