How to book, from a date to a voucher

Two routes: a published seat you book yourself in a few minutes, or a charter you describe once and operators quote for. This is what each one looks like, screen by screen.

Booking a scheduled seat

  1. Find the date

Search by service, date and seats. The calendar shows every departure with seats left, the fare for your kind of account, and the reporting time.

  2. Open the departure

The departure page carries the operator flying it, seats free, the fare per seat, when booking closes, and the cancellation terms that will be stored with your booking.

  3. Choose your seats

Pick how many. Sign in or create an account when you do — a booking belongs to an account, so you can come back to it, add passengers, pay the balance and download the voucher.

  4. Add every passenger

Name, contact, identification and weight for each seat. Operators need weight for load and balance, and identification at reporting. Trade accounts can pick people they have saved before.

  5. Pay

Pay in full, or a token where the service allows it, by card, UPI or netbanking, from an account wallet, or by arrangement with our desk. A booking paid in full is confirmed at once — unless the operator confirms each booking itself, and then it is confirmed when they accept it.

  6. Keep the voucher

The voucher carries the booking reference, the operator, the date and time, the reporting time and the terms. It is in your account under My bookings, with a payment receipt.

Three deadlines your booking carries

Each operator sets its own; they are on your booking from the moment you make it, and if an operator sets none, everything falls due when booking closes for that departure.

DeadlineWhat happens
Pay byIf nothing has been paid by then, the seats go back on sale and the booking is cancelled. Nothing is charged.
Balance byThe rest of the fare is due by then. We contact you if it is not paid.
Passenger details byEvery passenger needs a name and weight by then. Late details can affect boarding.

If plans change

  • Cancel from the booking itself. Every request gets a case reference, and the desk decides it before any money moves.
  • You get back everything you paid, whoever cancels and whenever — including a hold token, and including a day you simply did not travel.
  • Refunds go to the card, UPI or account you paid from where that is possible, and otherwise to your account wallet.
  • If the operator moves the time or cancels the flight, we tell you, and the voucher follows the new time.

Chartering a whole helicopter, or a mission

Weddings, corporate movements, pilgrimage circuits, election duty, surveys, air ambulance, flower showering — these are quoted, not sold from a calendar.

  1. Tell us the requirement

Each service has its own form — route and passengers for a charter, deployment locations and flying hours for election duty, survey area and payload for a survey. Only what that work actually needs.

  2. It reaches the right operators

The enquiry goes to operators cleared for that service, that fly in that region, and with an aircraft in service for it. You are not left waiting on one company's inbox.

  3. Quotations come back to one place

Each carries validity, inclusions and exclusions, taxes, flying hours, positioning and standby, and the payment schedule — so they can be compared on the same terms.

  4. Accept, pay, fly

Accepting a quotation raises the booking with the same details, so nothing is typed twice. An enquiry on its own is never a confirmed flight.

If you book for other people

Travel agents and tour operators

A trade account gets contracted fares, seat holds against a countdown, a wallet and — where granted — pay-later, a saved customer list, vouchers, and its own team logins. Resale of seats you own is a permission the desk grants, on services whose operator allows it.

Aviation operators

Publish departures, seats and fares, set hold and cancellation rules, answer enquiries with quotations, run manifests and settlements. Register, upload your KYC papers, and the desk reviews before anything goes on sale.
