  1. Day 01

    Arrival at Dehradun

    Arrival at Dehradun airport and transfer to your hotel in Dehradun. Overnight stay and trip briefing for the onward journey.

  2. Day 02

    Dehradun → Govindghat (by Helicopter)

    Board the helicopter for the scenic flight towards the Garhwal Himalayas. Transfer to Ghangaria, the base for the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. Overnight at Ghangaria.

  3. Day 03

    Valley of Flowers Excursion

    Full-day excursion to the Valley of Flowers — trek through alpine meadows blooming with hundreds of wildflower species alongside the Pushpawati River. Return to Ghangaria for overnight stay.

  4. Day 04

    Ghangaria → Dehradun

    Return helicopter flight to Dehradun. Final departure with memories of the Himalayan valley.

We, as a helicopter services provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Flight & Baggage

  1. Maximum 04 passengers per helicopter sector trek.
  2. Total passenger weight not to exceed 320 Kgs.
  3. Maximum baggage allowance 5 Kgs / person.
  4. Only one small pack (max 2 Kgs) allowed in flight.
  5. Excess-volume baggage not allowed on helicopter.
  6. Price subject to change without prior notice — please confirm in advance.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation, prior to commencement of the tour or as agreed at confirmation. Prices exclude laundry, telephone/internet, beverages, travel insurance, flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, camera fees and any unspecified expenses.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 30+ days — 10% of total tour cost
  • Before 29–22 days — 25% of total tour cost
  • Before 21–16 days — 60% of total tour cost
  • Before 15–0 days — 100% of total tour cost
