Scheduled Itinerary

Same Day Return — subject to weather conditions.

  1. 0700

    Departure from Dehradun

    Report at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun and depart for the Yamunotri sector.

  2. 0800

    Arrive Kharsali / Yamunotri

    Meet our assistance on arrival and transfer for priority darshan at Yamunotri Dham. You will be escorted to the shrine.

  3. 1100

    Return to Dehradun

    Leave the Yamunotri sector for Dehradun after darshan.

  4. 1200

    Arrive Dehradun

    Arrive at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun. Services end.

General Terms & Conditions

We, as a Yamunotri helicopter services provider, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Flight & Baggage

  1. Maximum 04 passengers per helicopter.
  2. Total passenger weight not to exceed 300 Kgs.
  3. Maximum baggage allowance 5 Kgs / person.
  4. Only one small pack (max 2 Kgs) allowed in flight.
  5. Excess-volume baggage not allowed on helicopter.
  6. Price subject to change without prior notice — please confirm in advance.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 100% of tour cost is required to secure your reservation, prior to commencement of the tour or as agreed at confirmation. Prices exclude laundry, telephone/internet, beverages, travel insurance, flight tickets, visa fees, tips, monument tickets, camera fees and any unspecified expenses.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 30+ days — 10% of total tour cost
  • Before 29–22 days — 25% of total tour cost
  • Before 21–16 days — 60% of total tour cost
  • Before 15–0 days — 100% of total tour cost
