What you see on the Om Parvat Yatra by helicopter
Adi Kailash. Many people call it Chhota Kailash. The helicopter does not land here: you get Adi Kailash aerial darshan by helicopter on Day 2, on the way from Pithoragarh to Gunji, with the Vyas Valley below you. Sit on the window side if you can, and keep your phone ready; the view does not last long.
Om Parvat. This is the peak where the snow makes the shape of "Om". The helicopter to Om Parvat lands at Nabidhang, right opposite the mountain, and you get some time on the ground for darshan and photos.
Gunji and Napalchu. Small villages, simple rooms, very cold nights. You rest here for a full day so your body gets used to the height. Please take this rest seriously: people who feel "totally fine" on arrival are often the ones with a headache by evening.

When to go and what to pack
Flights run in May–June and September–March; July and August are mostly avoided because of the monsoon. Pithoragarh is around 10–22°C, but Gunji can go down to −5°C. Pack woollens, a windproof jacket, gloves, a cap, sunglasses, sunscreen and lip balm, and bring all your regular medicines. A plastic pouch for documents also helps.
Keep a buffer day
Mountain flights depend on the weather. Sometimes a flight is delayed by a few hours or moves to the next day, so please don't book a tight train or flight out of Pithoragarh on Day 4. One spare day in your plan saves a lot of stress. The operator flying your sectors is named on your quote; BookHelicopter.com arranges the yatra and does not fly the aircraft.
