Helicopter operations are not a schedule. They are a set of conditions that have to hold on the day.
Operations
- Helicopter operations depend on weather, visibility, aircraft serviceability, regulatory and security restrictions, helipad and route conditions, and the operating aviation company's safety assessment.
- Schedules, aircraft, routing and timings may change. Services may be delayed, diverted, rescheduled or cancelled.
- Product pages and booking confirmations identify the applicable operating provider and its specific terms wherever available.
Enquiries are not confirmations
- Special services — air ambulance, aerial survey, election duty and flower showering among them — require separate feasibility assessment and permissions.
- Submitting an enquiry for any of them is not a confirmation. Nothing is confirmed until feasibility, quotation acceptance, required payment and operator acceptance are all in place.
The platform's role
- BookHelicopter.com provides technology, discovery, booking, enquiry, payment and facilitation services for helicopter products offered by participating aviation operators and suppliers.
- Unless specifically stated for a product, BookHelicopter.com is not the aircraft operator.
