Policies › Reseller Terms
Reseller Terms
For accounts permitted to resell inventory they own or have been allocated.
What may be resold
- Only eligible inventory that the reseller owns or has been expressly authorised to distribute may be listed for resale, and only within the platform and supplier rules that apply to it.
- Resale does not create inventory. It transfers or allocates existing seats, with ownership traceable from the original supplier through to the final passenger.
- A reseller cannot sell more inventory than it owns or has been authorised to distribute. Duplicate sale of the same seat is prohibited.
Price and margin
- Resale pricing must stay inside the price rules configured for that inventory. Margin is the reseller's, within those rules.
- The original supplier remains identified on the booking, and the operating aviation company remains identified to the passenger.
Servicing
- The reseller is responsible for servicing its own customer, for the accuracy of the passenger details it submits, and for passing on the operational instructions and cancellation terms attached to the booking.
- Settlement and margin are reconciled through the platform ledger under the applicable commercial agreement.
This document is published from the platform's policy framework and is pending final legal review. Where it differs from the supplier or operator terms displayed at the time of a booking, those displayed terms govern that booking. Questions: info@bookhelicopter.com.
