Supplier Terms
For aviation companies and authorised suppliers publishing inventory, quotations and commercial terms.
Listing and accuracy
- A supplier warrants that it is authorised to list the inventory, aircraft and services it publishes, and that routes, capacities, timings, pricing and availability are accurate and kept current.
- Operational responsibility for a flight — safety, crew, serviceability, permissions and the final decision to fly — remains with the operating aviation company.
Commercial terms
- The supplier owns its pricing, rate layers, cancellation policy and fare rules, and is responsible for the version displayed at the time of each transaction.
- Settlement, commission and service fees are governed by the commercial agreement between the supplier and the platform, and are reconciled against the platform ledger.
- A change to a policy or a price does not alter bookings already confirmed under an earlier version.
Service and compliance
- Agreed service levels apply to quotation response, manifest supply, schedule changes and cancellation handling.
- Content supplied for listings must be the supplier's to use, and the supplier is responsible for holding the approvals, permits and insurance its operations require.
